Purchases ship to your billing address. An alternate address can be used with advance confirmation from us. We ship several times a week. All items are shipped domestically via USPS priority mail with confirmation. International purchases ship via USPS airmail whenever possible, and air parcel post when required by size or weight restrictions. Any customs duties incurred in the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.
IMPORTANT: Insurance is not included in shipping quotes and must be requested and paid by the customer. Please be aware that many countries no longer offer insurance options. Any loss or damage claim for an insured shipment becomes the responsibility of the customer.
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. Our return rate stands at less than 1%. We have set out the following return policy that we believe protects our customers as well as our inventory.
Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your purchase that you would like to return your item. Please do not ship a return to us without advance notification. Items must be in the same condition as they were when shipped to you, including with our tag(s) still attached. You must ship the return with some form of delivery confirmation. Insurance is your option and recommended.
For domestic orders, we must receive the returned item(s) within 7 days from the date that your purchase was delivered to you. International orders must be returned within 14 days for packages sent via air and 20 for parcel post. Once a purchase has shipped, any insurance claim that arises will be the responsibility of the purchaser if the purchaser has insured the shipment.
Returned items will incur a 20% restocking fee per item, which will be subtracted from your credit. Unlike a brick-and-mortar store, we charge a restocking fee because there are many costs involved in getting a shipment to the customer. Credit amount is derived from the purchase price only - shipping is not included.
Items $150 and under are not returnable.
